The Holidays!

It's that time of year where we start to bundle up, wear baggy sweaters, bring out the sweats and cuddle up to some hot chocolate and sweet treats! Am I right??

It all sounds so nice, especially while I am sitting here at work, but it's also that time of year where the average person gains 7 lbs, then comes the guilt at the New Year. We all sign up for a gym membership that we never use then swear that we'll be better next year. Well, it doesn't have to be that way! I promise!

There is no better time to start that work out program or to eat clean than right now! You don't have to wait until tomorrow, why not start today and eat better the rest of the day? Didn't work out this morning, why not tonight?

If it's something you really want to make happen, you WILL make it happen. NO MORE EXCUSES! Don't let go just because it's Thanksgiving next week or because someone at the office brought treats, you know you don't have to eat them, right? If you want to splurge on Thanksgiving, DO! But eat smart the rest of the week and go for a walk, stop by the gym, do some stretched before bed and when you wake up. If you move a little more you'll feel a little better and as you do more, you'll want to do more and put more effort into it.
